Location, location, location. It has a laundry machine but be aware that once you stayer the dryer, there is no way to open the machine for two hours. Good kitchen facilities and the bathroom is big and comfortable. Good air conditioning, plenty of hot water

The couch and chair downstairs are worn, dirty and uncomfortable. They serve, but need an update.

"Really pleasant location to visit Lisboa"

The location is perfect as you can visit main landmarks by walk. The equipment of the appartement itself is perfect too, you have everything you need for your stay. There is air conditioning at both floors and you have a mini market just near the flat so you can buy all the food you need for your stay

The appartement is noisy. You can hear the main flat door closing at after each person, the person from the apartment above and the tramway down the street. If you have ear plugs it won’t be a problem The appartement is humid after showers and probably the ventilation must be upgraded.

It is close to all, simple apartment, just would have liked to have another toilet or it down stairs. The extra taxes get you by surprise

"Very good"

Location was perfect! Easy access to metro and transit options. Large and roomy.

The couch was so uncomfortable and in need of replacement. I didn’t sit on it the whole week we were there.

"Exceptional"

Excellent location in the heart of the city, easy walk to all major sites. Grocery store within 10 feet of the door. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Free wifi. Carlos was very quick to respond on the booking and reconfirmed the reservation. Good value for the location.

"Good location, some things missing"

Location, security, clean, sufficient equipment.

No hot water through shower, TV not working, no instructions on how to use washing machine, ovens, boiler or set up TV.

"Weekend Trip"

Really nice Appartement in the city, easy to find/reach, we got a door Code on our arrivel day, the Appartement is very clean and good equiped. Had everything we needed. Exceeded our expectations, we would def stay again. 5min Walk to Metro Station, Supermarkt downstairs
