freundliches Personal, Schöne ruhige Anlage mit Garten und Pool, gutes Frühstück, fast kitschige elegante Einrichtung

Im Detail folgt die Ausstattung nicht den wunderbaren Fotos. Laminat passt eben nicht zum Laura Ashley Landhaus Style. Die Küche lärmt leider durch das ganze Haus. Wer erst nach 23h schlafen mag und weit vor 7h wach ist kein Problem.Man würde also besser im Gartenhaus schlafen. Das Personal ist reizend und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet eher durchschnittlich.

Мы были 3 ночи на Менорке, каждую ночь останавливаясь в разных отелях 5*. Этот отель был первым по счету. Если коротко – как будто побывал у бабушки в деревне в далеком прошлом, ощутив тот же уют и доброту. Отношение было выше всяких похвал, мы прибыли очень рано утром, но нас бесплатно покормили завтраком и следом же заселили – никогда такого не встречал ранее. Атмосфера в ресторане была так же волшебная и теплая! Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

EL HOTEL en sí, presenta una decoración que combina de forma armoniosa la modernidad con elementos clásicos. Me sorprendió que las habitaciones no contaran con televisión, aunque personalmente no lo eché en falta. En la planta baja, magníficamente decorada, es posible ver la televisión o leer un libro con total tranquilidad. Este detalle, junto con el ambiente general, le confiere al hotel un carácter acogedor y cercano.

Como única observación, menor, noté que una de las bombillas,de mi habitacion(La numero 22)no funcionaba correctamente.

Location and decor.

Staff did not warn us about a festival in town on our arrival and that roads were all closed, even after sending 3 emails asking if we wanted parking, which we could not access. Meals served cold. Staff overwhelmed by simple requests eg, some yogurt, salt and pepper. Empty beer bottle left in room for a day and minibar not replenished. We told them we would be leaving very early in the morning to catch a ferry and were told no problem, someone is on duty 24hrs, but no one present in the morning. The room we were given did not match the photos on Booking.com and was not the 340 Sq ft promised, it was tiny. Really, for that sort of money we expected a lot better.
