Wonderful 5 Bedroom w/ Pool Close to Disney 4801

We had an amazing 3 weeks stay at this property in sept/october. It was an ideal location for everything we wanted to do….. Disney and universal. The villa itself was in a great location in storeylake, about a 10 minute walk to the main pool area. It was very spacious and gave us all the room and privacy we needed as a family ranging from age 13 to 68. The splash pool on the property was perfect after a day at the parks.

The property was slightly tired looking, we gave feedback to the owner regarding this so hopefully it’s something they will look into for future guests. Nothing that would stop us going back but nothing that couldn’t be fixed, ie some walls needed freshening up with paint, dining room chairs were ripped in areas.

Amazing home. Completely accommodated my entire family. We truly enjoyed our family vacation. Perfectly located for everything we planned on doing. Would definitely book again.

The lication was great. House was clean and comfortable plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

Kitchen is scarce and unrequited for a family of more then 4 to cook in. We rented the property with the idea of saving money by cooking our own meals. But i had to go by a skillet to cook with. The one provided wasnt big enough to cook 4 slices of back or 2 eggs. Also had to buy a pot that could cook more then 1 can of soup. The only mixing bowl had a hole in it. Bedding was thin and no extra bedding provided nit even an extra blanket. We were there 10 days so we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean up after our selves. I have stayed in a lot of airbnb this is the first that didnt provide anything extra. Bare minimum. The AC didnt cool the down stairs enough. The washing machine blew a fuse when you tried to use it.

Property was not as described, the property had too much damage on walls, tables, furnitures, staircase was so worn out! Limited supplies toilet paper 3 1/2 rolls /towels/paper towels (1roll) soaps / trash bags &etc. for a long stay . Bedrooms comforters were very thin and mattress were not comfortable at all . The bedroom downstairs air vent was not cool and also The dining room and the laundry room, electricity keep tripping. On our second night someone ramp the gate causing a big crash .

House has Digital Lock did not need keys

Main gate qr/barcode was emailed to me twice but did not receive it and requested third time and did not receive it. had to go to main gate to request this, House has pool but unfortunately Pump has failed when we wanted to use pool and was not fixed prior to our checkout.

I loved the location, good for Disney and Universal. The 4 bathrooms really suited our party. The property was modern and had excellent facilities.

The pool is quite small but fine for a quick dip after the parks.
