We extremely enjoyed our vacation in the villa. The propery was spotless upon arrival and the living area and bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area and amenities.

Lots of room. Offsite pool facilities were amazing.

Was not clean. Requested crib, which showed in the application, however did not get till next day…said we did not request. Crib showed up dirty. Had to clean with Lysol wipes..filth shown. Sent pictures to property manager and did not even acknowledge. Day 5, electricity was shut off. Had to make several calls to resolve. Was told by supplier that the account was closed..WHAT?? took about 5 hours to resolve.

The house was spacious and clean

The electronicity was off for half of my Saturday when I planned to have a pool party for the kids. Was very hot and never got a call back from the rental company . Also at the gate the gaurd said company was not allowed " like really. " mind you was a Sunday at 11am was pissed

Clean, nice, and surroundings

1. The air does not work properly, you woke up sweating since we were very hot from spending all day in the parks walking. They won't let you lower the air temperature below 72 2. They ask you for the names of those over 18 to create a fast gate pass and they forgot mine (I was the one who made the reservation) they sent it to me one day before leaving the house and that's why I couldn't see the pool of the complex 3. They send many rules on how to take care of the house and even a price list of what they will charge to your credit card if you damage something, that's why I thought I would find the house in perfect condition and it's not like that, that's why I arrived taking photos and videos of all the things that were not working 100%. 4. They ask you to leave everything as you found it, they charge you if you leave additional garbage and you must leave the towels in the washing machine before leaving. This seems very stressful to me, it is practically leaving everything for the other guest to arrive 5. The bathroom (at least in my room) was dirty, the edges of the walls had short hairs like beards, the bathroom mirror had marks of how it was cleaned, insufficient towels. 6. You must remove your shoes to climb the stairs and the stairs have some staples or screws that can hurt you.. . 7. The house is very nice, but I would not stay again because of the heat, I would look for a house where I can change the temperature to what I want and I don't have to spend a bad night
