Parking down is too complicated; only waiting for check -in took over 40 mins; no amenities in the room; unfriendly reception staff. On check out day hotel was not busy; asked late check out until 14:00 the lady said 13:00 is max. Later they called again at 12:30 asking when are we going to leave, although before 13:00 was confirmed. When we were leaving we saw our car scratched!!! And we approached the staff but none got back to us. 🚫 Not recommend, Doha has much better options.

My car was damaged when the hotel staff brought it from the hotel parking area. They refused to take responsibility and repair the damage. The matter has now been reported to the police and is currently under investigation. Unfortunately, this reflects a lack of professionalism in customer service and management. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with this hotel.”
