Marvelous 4 Bd w Pool Close to Disney 218

I’m amazed at the property and the communication with the staff. If I had a question I would receive a response promptly. The rental was amazing & everything shows on the pictures. The property was clean and well-maintained. No loud issues with neighbors. Only complaint is I wish I didn’t have to leave!

We arrive to find the house with a very strong smell in one of the rooms ( like wet dog). There was also small tiny ants in some areas during our stay. I tried to reported but we never get to speak with someone on the phone until the 3rd day of the stay. The HVAC stopped working and the house was freezing for almost 8 hrs. For a vacation home there are some things to correct that would definitely make a better impression: stains in the walls, broken towel bar, carpet needs deep cleaning, door lock for pool area was broken, there is no soap or detergent to wash the towels ( but it is our job to wash them before leaving?!), and the amenities are very poor: wouldn't hurt to leave a small salt and pepper from dollar store and extra cleaning products. We arrived on a holiday, shopping for essentials and cleaning products were not in our list to do during holiday. If you have small children, the house doesn't offer secure gates for the stairs, high chair and some of the decoration in the house are definitely not ideal for children. It is about 30 minutes drive to major attractions. The area is very new so there is just one supermarket and gas stations to get in a 10 minute drive from the house. You will need transportation to go to the pool area.
