Room was clean, and overall value was good.

Not havinng access to staff 24 hours. No support from 10 pm to 8 am. In fact was not available until a little after 8:00. Smokealarm battery went dead about 3:00 am and it chipped until I left about 9:00. When I finally found someone at the front desk, the lady wanted to give me to install the battery. I declined. When I returned to the room later in the day the alarm was not chirping. I was also disappointed that the location was considerably further from Cartersville than I expected. .

The area was nice, stuff was friendly, people weren't trouble

Very dirty roaches everywhere. I couldn't sleep because one ended up crawling on my face. Stains all over the sheets. The bathroom had so many roaches that I didnt even use it.
