Not good management

Charging about 100 US dollar for this and not as they promised pay back the money to us. (when we not even moved in to the room). They just refuse! Terrible experience. No reception, had to figure out a telephone number on a small sign on the window and some non english speaking person eventually showed up. Entrance and wiew showed on the pictures. Stay away from this cheating joint if you like a nice holiday!

Location 7 min from the beach, 7eleven . Many restaurants and massage shops + small markets for food and clothes and the temple 5 min walking I booked in the last day in Phuket it’s 10 min from the airport

Friendly host. Clean room. Good location - close to the night market and just a short walk to the beach. Nice and quiet at night. Decent bathroom.

Sadly, the only view was that of a huge building site. Not the host's fault.

Great location for the beaches and centre of nai Yang. And Phuket airport which is what we wanted. Very cold fridge.

Lots of ants in and around the kettle, rear balcony very small with one seat, room didn't reflect the pictures. Bed very uncomfortable, nylon sheets and no bounce or support. It is a hostel so not much after care or communication from hosts and no fresh water to room etc.

Really shocking, we closed her place through Booking and when we arrived they didn't have a free place for us and they still charged us for it, really rude

The details on booking.com present a very misleading image. This is a hostel facility in terms of presentation, decor, style and facilities. The reception is basically a woman who speaks very little English on a mobile. On arrival she turned up on a scooter and unlocked an empty unit on the ground floor. I had tried contacting them to arrange an airport pickup first via bookind.com website and then on the phone number given. I even messaged and rang when my flight was delayed. Every time I was led to believe the taxi was sorted. Our flight from Koh Samui ended up nearly 4 hours delayed which meant we arrived at about 11.30pm instead of 8pm. We had an early flight in the morning so we only had one night there. On arrival there was no taxi and repeated phone calls were useless and unhelpful. Clearly nothing had been booked and we had to sort it ourselves. Nobody knew the ‘hotel’ so there was some discussion on price and location. The location is ten minutes from the airport but the good news ended there. The room was grubby and the bed sheets were dirty and probably infested given how itchy we both felt after 20 minutes. We had planned to leave around 5.30am for an 8.50 flight but decided to leave at 4am. Dogs outside barking all night and traffic noise didn’t help.There is no reception so I had to be shown how to open a side door into an alley to let ourselves out. I hadn’t bothered asking about a taxi and thankfully got a Grab car quickly. The room we were in is used in the pictures but it was dirty with som concerning stains on the decorated headboard and smelly shiny synthetic sheets. It was nigh when we stayed but the other pictures seemed very flattering if not downright midleading. Four hours was three hours fifty-five minutes too long.

TV didn't work. No response to my messages. I checked out early because of these problems.
