avid hotels - Prattville - Montgomery North by IHG

This was my first time with Avid and I was so impressed! I love love love the decor, smell and the BED!!!! Even the pillows were lovely. My only downside is the breakfast. I was hoping for a hot breakfast option like waffles and eggs. I settled for oatmeal and yogurt.

On the way the Florida

We were on our way to north Florida and were ready to stop for the night. I had never stayed at an Avid Hotel but wanted to try it. We had a wonderful experience here at this one. Divya at the front desk was very nice and helpful to us, and I appreciated her so much. The decor is modern and colorful and has all the amenities that we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Nice selection for breakfast and snacks in the lobby, nice fitness center, I didn't have any issues with their wifi, and there are several restaurants within minutes, or even walking distance, for dinner. Another feature that I truly love about this hotel chain.....you know how the "Do Not Disturb" signs are ALWAYS falling off the door handle every time you go in and out? These genius folks created small magnets that simply stick onto the metal door frame. No more hassle. Perfect!! I wish other hotels would also switch to this method. Great value for this hotel and I can highly recommend it.

Clean and friendly staff!

Very clean room but breakfast was just average.

I had a very bad experience and I want most of my money returned. The environment was very noisey and I kept getting woke up out of my sleep. The room smelled terrible as well.

Business trip. Location was a built odd--not easy to find. But hotel was clean, well-maintained and friendly staff.
