Preis/Leistung gut, Frühstück ok, absolut nicht luxuriös, aber für einmal Schlafen nach Feier in Ordnung. Sehr nett war, dass wir auch die Möglichkeit gehabt hätten, eine Std. später auszuchecken. Parken konnten wir direkt vor der Tür.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Immer ein offenes Ohr. Sehr um den Gast bemüht. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Lage in die Stadt zu kommen und Anbindung in die Region Ruhr. Zimmer geräumig. Vieles auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Hotel wirkt etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Schlechtes WLAN. In der obersten Etage kann sich der Abzug vom benachbarten Restaurant bemerkbar machen.

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich zu jeder Tageszeit. Das Zimmer war sauber und passend für die Größe eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war mit allem bestückt was man für den Start in den Tag benötigt. Die Lage ist top. Blick auf die Sehenswürdigkeit und die U-Bahn Station ist nah.
