Good price and location and nice staff. Only one staff member in at the time but he went out of his way to help.

Bit of an awkwardly shaped room so the TV isn’t straight on in our room but that’s such a minor issue.

Was excellent location was was good good value for money

fresh bright cosy rooms beautifully decorated, comfortable beds,

shower was cold and not very powerful.

it looked nice on the outside and easy to find as it was close to the tower and to the city centre. plus convenience store on the corner. looked really clean as walked though the hall way and really friendly staff. no curfew and cameras for supposed if anything happens. safety of staff and residents

we had a family room so double bed and a bunk bed. room looked really nice fresh and clean colours are nice and modern but unfortunately not finish off there where holes in the wall where the radiator is and the bathroom wasn’t finished. because we where down stairs we had access to the back which again wasn’t finished and had no gates for security as we realised when two people where arguing over drugs in the back yard and security light came on and of but I didn’t feel save this affect the stay as I couldn’t go asleep then.
