shower was cold and bathroom way to small

Clean quiet (apart from seagulls )but that's the beach for you.

One of the windows had a damaged lock so could not shut fully luckily weather was ok

Great location, easy access and good communication

Sick was blocking a bit, but not much of an issue

dirty plasters in the shower, no code given until 1 hour after check in, people staying/living in the hotel playing music and being obnoxiously loud at 6am (not party people as you would actually expect)

The location

Noise, bed noisy, hole to outside, hear everything outside, draft from hole,IE skirting, plumbing needs looked at, water not draining from sink, had to ring on 3rd day for toilet roll, and fresh towels.

Close to centre

The room was dirty, mattress was stained, no working radiator, windows filthy, cut out of carpets under the bed, stains on the duvet cover, morning of leaving radiator squirting water all over, room was freezing cold we had to sleep in two layers to try keep warm. Plug socket hanging from the wall even our 15 year old said her back hurt from the uncomfortable beds.

the property was very clean, very comfy bed.Staff amazing .I asked for an iron they sen sent someone straight away.

l do 131/2 hr shift from 07:30 in the morning to21:00.So l’m up 05:30am.Friday morning l got up at 02:30 because the other residents were so drunk and shouting l could not go back to sleep.The other thing is that when you come in there is people smoking weed just by the door. This is nothing to do with the service , the service was great but if they could put measures to protect other residents especially to have a good night sleep.
