Italia 2 Ski in-Ski out 50m - Happy Rentals

Small but cozy apartment, nice for a family with two kids. Convenient location: to be honest it is not a real ski-in ski-out as they say but really close (less than 100 meters I guess) to Carusello 3000 gondola lift. Private parking is a good advantage

While Marco, the director of managing company was extremely friendly and helpful, I can’t say that about the owner of our apartment. Check out time there is 9, too early I suppose, but ok, they wrote it in booking conditions anyway. We were having our breakfast at 8:40 and the owner was cleaning the court after recent snowfall, he saw us and showed the watch, telling us to hurry up. I nodded and thought it was enough, but not: at 8:55 he knocked the door, I opened it and he could see we were packing the last things, but this was still not enough, he started to explain that he had to start cleaning immediately, he was not friendly at all, it was looking like the next thing he was going to do was to throw away our bags! But we were lucky, he didn’t do that… We left our apartment at 9:15. Our car was covered with snow and it took us at least 20 minutes to clean it out and put in all our luggage. We saw nobody came to clean the apartment. Still don’t understand how the owner could spoil the whole impression in that way, but he really did!

Apartment located very close to the main lift Carosello (that's a big advantage!), grocery and ski buss. Very clean and comfortable.

We were very pleased with our stay in this apartment. Very nice host, very clean rooms and, above all, very close to the Caroseloo ski lift

Location is superb! Right next to the Carosello 3000 elevator which takes you all the way up to the 'best side of the mountain' in my opinion. Everything you need is in the apartment. Underfloor heating works mostly great. Peoples were really friendly. Getting the keys and leaving the keys before leaving, everything went very smoothly. Shops and restaurants are close. We loved it!

I only missed a hallway or entry where you can take off you shoes without taking all the dirt/snow with you into the appartment. (+Tip: The lights in the ski-locker/storage room go out way too fast automatically!) The beds are comfortable but a bit small.
