Everything was beyond my expectations. The service was out of this world, the attention to detail, cleanliness, food, presentation. Worth every dollar.

Its hard to pin point anything, was all exceptional. Food and drink was all amazing, the spa was also fantastic and the gym was great. Se loved the room and all the grounds in general. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and very welcoming.

This is hands down the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. Everything was absolutely perfect — there is honestly nothing to complain about. The service is outstanding, the food is delicious and varied, all ingredients are fresh, and the breakfasts are excellent. The level of care really stood out: I forgot my glasses at a restaurant in a nearby town, and the hotel staff actually brought them to me. I was genuinely surprised — that kind of service is rare. The spa is fantastic, with a great variety of saunas and a very nice pool. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had — if I had known, I would have gone every day instead of only at the end of our stay. The internet was another big surprise: incredibly fast and reliable, easily one of the best Wi-Fi connections I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe, especially impressive for a mountain location. I also really appreciated the pillow selection — this matters a lot to me. The pillows and mattress were perfect, and I slept like a baby. We will definitely be coming back, maybe in summer, and without a doubt again next winter. Absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended
