The condition of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was great except for the coffee. The rooms were spacious and included a kitchenette. The main pedestrian entrance needs to be better identified, preferably with a lighted sign because it was difficult to find at night

"Would have been perfect but…."

We had a studio. Impressed with spaciousness. Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of counter space. Location convenient with easy on/off highway. Our room was on side facing the busiest of the 2 highways. The traffic noise was not bad, but suggest asking for side facing front parking area if that’s a concern. Only issues were couch is hard. Would probably be unpleasant for watching TV for extended time. Biggest issue was VERY noisy AC. Had to turn it off at night to sleep as intake was right near bed.

Everything withon 8 miles where i was going Restruant , Att&t Stadium Didnt have to drive more than 5 miles for shopping etc. Hotel right off the interstate , where i didnt need to use my GPS . NICE HOTEL AND STAFF, BREAFAST WAS GOOD

Room was quiet and VERY clean. Lots of grassy area in front of the hotel, in addition to a small court for tennis, pickleball or basketball. Staff (Sal?) was also incredibly friendly and went out of her way to care for our needs. A great no-nonsense place to stay in the Dallas area if you value your sleep and neatness.
