Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Teilweise lange Wartezeiten (bis zu 30 Minuten) auf den internen Transport (Auto-frei, große Anlage). Unser gewünschtes Upgrade (Glamping auf privat Villa mit Pool, längerer Aufenthalt) war kein Upgrade, sondern eine Doppelzahlung von Zimmern. Zusätzlich wurde uns nicht angeboten ohne Frühstück zu buchen (4 Personen pro Villa, 2 Personen, 134,-€), obwohl wir dies schon im Glamping-Bereich bezahlt hatten (ohne Frühstück online 119,-€).

Staff is amazing! Shuttle service on the resort, great pools and tranquil rooms.

The bathroom is a bit smelly when you come back at the end of the day since the fan only works with the key card (smell of humidity, especially if you had a shower before leaving the room). The sounds coming from the mosques around the resort are a bit annoying, but it's not the resort's fault.
