Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und das Hotel liegt erfreulich zentral. Der Empfangsbereich ist hell und ansprechend gestaltet. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Bei Booking.com wurde angegeben, dass das Hotel über ein Restaurant verfügt, das sowohl zu Mittag als auch am Abend Speisen anbietet. Das gibt's leider, wie uns der Herr am Empfang sagte, seit mindestens 2 Jahren nicht mehr. Warum wird das bei Booking.com nicht aktualisiert??? Ärgerlich! Im Fahrstuhl wurden dann Snacks, die in der Bar erhältlich sein sollten, beworben.....gibt's im IC- Hotel Hildesheim nicht. Das war dann schon keine Überraschung mehr ......

"Für einen Zwischenstopp sehr praktisch"

Bequemes Bett, ruhig und ganz nettes Zimmer. Dass man nur mit der Schlüssel-Card den Lift benutzen kann, dient der Sicherheit.

Kleinigkeiten, wie fehlendes Kaffeepulver, fehlende Fernbedienung für den Fernseher, leere Infomappe. Die Dusche müsste mal gründlich gereinigt werden (gelbe Ecken).
