"Convenient but don’t expect to be impressed!"

Great location, approx 200m from Bonn Hauptbahnhoff. Clean rooms and nice breakfast.

Front desk staff were not helpful. I was trying to find USB charging in the room, but there is none. When I asked if there was any around the reception or lounge area, I was told NO - bluntly and almost rudely. I found the next morning - after buying a new adapter, that one of the larger breakfast tables (in the reception area) had PowerPoints AND USB charging point. Same when I asked about laundry - I was simply told “we do not do laundry dry!” I then asked if they could tell me about a laundromat nearby, and was given vague directions to a shop “that used to do dry cleaning and stuff, but would NOT be open on a Sunday. I subsequently had to find a laundry online - but also not open on Sunday!

"En general bien, con excepciones"

El hall del hotel es muy bonito, con muchas mesas para trabajar, tomar algo o conversar. La cama era cómoda, y la ubicación es excelente.

El baño de la habitación es bastante pequeño, y el desayuno me pareció decepcionante para el precio que tiene. Además no hay tostador. Creo que hay opciones cerca que recomendaría más antes que desayunar en el hotel.
