設備が清潔でよく清掃されていました。

ivalo中心部から10km離れており、中心部との往復に利用出来るバスがなく車がない人間はtaxiを利用するしかない。ivalo空港はレンタカーが割高（24時間フル保険込みで約850ユーロ）だった。

"Nice hotel, but no response from staff regarding broken door"

Well equipped kitchen and in walking distance of the airport if you are a bit adventerous (about 40 minute walk, a third of it in darkness without street lights walking on the road without sidewalk), but there is a bus stop nearby and taxis are available. overall nice hotel.

there is noone on site and the lock was broken so my room was accessible to anyone the whole time. it is supposed to automatically re-lock after a few seconds, but that didn't work. someone did enter my room and luckily i was there when it happened. management did not respond to two messages via the booking app. overall a bad experience due to this.
