We had a wonderful stay! We stopped here from KC on our way to the mountains. We accidentally left our coats, once we realized it we were too far to go back. I called and asked them if they could hold them for us to pick up on our way back and they were so helpful. Thank you!

Clean, newer property. Limited staff, crummy pillows unless you like those that flatten to nothing. Breakfast buffet was almost non existent by 8 with no attempt to refill…there was oatmeal, cereal etc. just no hot items. no water provided..

It was a great night sleep. My husband and I and our 2 teenage children. After 13 hours driving I was exhausted and needed a comfortable night sleep. This was definitely provided. We got in after midnight. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. 2 types of eggs, cereal, pancakes, 2 brands of yogurt-Dannon and Oiko, sausages, biscuit and gravy, pastries, fruit, oatmeal, juices and milks.

There was not a hot breakfast as promised. The facilities were dirty. The USB ports in the rooms failed to work most of the time. If the outlet in the bathroom was used, the fuse would blow (this happened last time we were there as well). The person manning the desk needs to improve on her friendliness and being welcoming. She clearly does not like her job and it shows.
