Breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. The onsen was really great.

It was fairly far outside of the city center, and was more expensive than a lot of similar options.

"A nice hotel outside the busy city of Hue"

The breakfast was excellent with a very wide variety of food to choose from. The room was very nice and clean. All the staff, from the porters to the maintenance team were absolutely amazing. They could not have been more attentive and caring.

Unfortunately there were a lot of children during our stay and the breakfast hall felt a bit like a school canteen and the pool quickly got crowded with young kids. Part of our reason for booking was the availability of the shuttle in to town but it turned out that this service was only available on selected days, none of which were days when we were there. Unfortunately there were just elements of our stay that didn’t live up to the 5 star luxury we expected.

Dù có vườn nhật nhưng ban ngày và tối đều ít gió, khá nóng ( tôi đi vào mùa hè ) Chỉ có 1 quán ăn duy nhất, phục vụ khá lâu

"Luxurious serenity"

An amazing five star, luxury resort at very reasonable prices. A three night stay was highlighted by the amazing Onsen that is part of the resort. A traditional Japanese nine step experience was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is set in beautifully serene grounds, about a 15 minute taxi ride from the city of Hue. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the buffet breakfast is amazing. Helpful and polite staff (too many to mention by name) ensure your stay will be one to remember.

The bar fridge in my room could have been colder

Le restaurant avec une carte sur iPad peu pratique et sans photos, choix japonais limité. Très loin du centre : compter 20 minutes en taxi
