Like the staff very friendly and helpful everyone wants to make your stay pleasant

Staff was kind, courteous, and all around awesome! The rooms are modern, hipster and cute. The rooms are a little dark inside but it’s apart of the look and vibe of the hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when in Tel Aviv!

Hotel is within a short walk to cafes, bars and restaurants and the beautiful beaches of Tel-Aviv are a short taxi ride away. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel offers some nice extras like free coffee/tea, snacks and beer! It is also well placed from which to do a day trip to the wonderful cities of Jerusalem and Bethlehem.

We spend a wonderful night after very long flight. Accommodation and all the conditions were nice, we really enjoyed this place. We very thankful and appreciate the help and service of the hotel worker Yoni.

Excellent staff

The front desk are so incredibly friendly. As a returning guest Charlie kindly gave me a voucher which entitled me to a free breakfast at Cafe Barzilai nearby, which set me up nicely for the day. The hotel is very good value for money. The hotel isn’t in the heart of town, but for me I find the location convenient given that it is a shortish walk to HaHagana station and close to Rothschild Boulevard. The downsides for me are that none of the doors on the 5th floor closed easily so you hear lots of banging, and the rooms aren’t soundproofed so you are easily disturbed by other guests. Whilst there are tea making facilities in the lobby there is no kettle in the room (which I’ve never seen before) which I find inconvenient, not fridge. On the plus side there is a safe for valuables which I like.

貴重品ボックスが部屋についてます。冷蔵庫はありません。ロビーは小さいですが、コーヒー紅茶は無料で提供してます。ビールも頼むと無料です。ナッツ類のつまみも無料です。大晦日から元旦にかけてシャンパンが無料で提供されてました。しばらくシャンパンを飲んでいると、宿泊客が来るたんびにシャンパンを開けていました。出発日の朝にタクシーが捕まりにくかったのですが、精力的に探してくれました。助かりました。
