"Excellent apartment but noise spoils the location"

Modern clean spacious apartment. Staff were easy to contact through WhatsApp and service was excellent. Excellent views of the sea.

The noise every night from bars next door and below until 3.30 am!

Very spacious, clean and close to all of Arrecife's shops and restaurants. Great little sun deck on the roof.

No baggage storage on checkout, makes life very difficult if you have a late flight.

Gutes, modernes und extrem sauberes Apartment-Hotel; schöner Ausblick aufs Meer; tolle Dachterrasse; problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Service; Parkhaus gegenüber (12 Euro/d); alles gut erreichbar; großes, modernes Bad.

Wie hier schon erwähnt: eine Bar in der Nachbarschaft ist bis 03:00 Uhr Nachts offen und teilweise wirklich extrem (!) laut; dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, wer aber eine leichten Schlaf hat, wird damit definitiv Probleme haben und sich ärgern; das Hotel ist sehr modern und spartanisch einrichtet, wir fanden das bei einer Woche Aufenthalt dann auch sehr steril, kalt und unbequem.
