Pool was nice. Convenient location very close to the beach. Good value for the cost.

It was in walking distance to just about everything

Felt like staying in a room in the projects. Pool was filthy and the pool light wasn't secure in its housing, just floating in the pool. Huge electrical hazard. First room toilet didn't work. Move to another room where one window was busted and the other two windows didn't even lock. Landscaping was non existing. Broken glass in the parking lot. Retaining wall is falling apart. Rooms looked like they were recently updated by the cheapest and least experienced handy man they could find. Will never stay here again. The fact that they have a higher rating is a complete fabrication. This place deserves a 3 out of 10 at best

It was not what the pictures look like online, there was very limited parking spaces, the pool looked dirty, we did not get it in, the bedroom did not have a door to it, but overall the rooms were clean and beds was comfortable and if we needed anything the staff was there in a timely manner.

No hot water. The AC didn't work.

i did not like how the shower water took forever to drain, also felt moist ! limited parking . and Customer service was not the best

The staff was rude, not very helpful along with a bunch of attitude problems on top of that the rooms were not very clean along with the bed not being comfortable had issues trying to get answers about getting answer covers along with a incident happening at the property that had police involved, causing a inconvenience of the family trip momentarilyplus one of the televisions cable boxes did not work in the room

The pictures on hotels.com made it seem like it was going to look nice looking, but when we arrived there is minimal parking. It was not a welcoming/warming feeling. It was a last minute for my family and I just to be able to sleep for 1 night. There were bugs in the room. You know the feeling of bugs crawling on you? That’s what it felt like walking into the room. The bed was not soft. Kept waking up every hour because of the people above us. My family and I didn’t leave our room in fear of someone stealing our stuff.

The size of the room was good and they had a pool

The bathroom smelled like mildew, there was a shootouts between someone and the cops on the property… we had to kill a few roaches The stove fell apart while trying to cook (THE DOOR FELL OFF THE OVEN!!!) and the light fell out of the pool while swimming… The Walkway and Parking lot smelt of urine.
