Even though I’m staying for 9 days, there is no cleaning service. They don’t refill the tissues unless I ask the staff, but they do replace the towels every day.

- Excellent hotel. This was the prettiest hotel we stayed at during our time in Japan - I am very impressed that they offer all guests complimentary beverages everyday in the reception - Gorgeous reception room - Superb location. Couldn't have asked for a better location

Rooms are the standard (which is on the small side, but it's what is to be expected in Japan and doesn't really present any issues)
