For a five star hotel , I was expecting a lot more luxury for over $400 a night . The rooms were small and pokey . Disappointing

Location is great. Staff is super friendly, accomodating and professional. Included breakfast add to the excellet value. The view from the room is very nice.

Great location

The bath, which I paid extra to have was filthy and the bathroom smelt of damp. Potentially because the taps for the bath could drain onto the floor if you weren’t careful. The rest of the room was clean, so just got the feeling it was just an oversight and a bad design for a hotel. facilities good and quite a funky decor.

Location and cleanliness

Didn’t like that we had to ask for essentials from the main desk. ie slippers, robes water bottles etc

Hotel & room was clean & comfortable, hotel staff were lovely, very accommodating, breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from the 4 stations. Loved the idea of the help yourselves to the refillable glass water bottles in reception!

The breakfast was exceptional, the location was super central. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were on point.
