"Lot of room to improve the service"

Room was clean on arrival.

No signs leading to the property available in the area. No response from provided support phone line or whatsapp group. Keys were not in outer lock and door was locked. Luckily the another house mate arrived coincidentally from market otherwise God knows how long I might had to stay there as there was no response from support. Had to call emergency who said that response will be given the other day in morning since i arrived at late evening and no one was available to respond. No support at time of arrival. No blanket or pillow was available. No soap or shampoo was available.

1 - unhappy Couldn’t stay any longer as the room is dreadful: The room smells The bedding smells The bathroom light doesn’t work The ceiling has stains on it The carpet has stains on it The window handle came off in my hand so unable to properly shut the window or open it again The headboard plastic had come off There were not enough pillows The bathroom has black mold in it Asked for a refund and not had any reply . Disgusting place .. AVOID
