"Worst night in a hotel in a long time"

Hot tub was colder Sam the pool. The floors in the pool area were dirty. The hotel hallways smelled of cooked food and musty socks. The girl who checked us in, tried to charge me double stating that the payment I made online was just a fee to Booking.com her manager, then came out screaming at her. The refrigerator was not working properly. It also posted that we could borrow playing cards, but when I went down to pick up the plane cards the girl at the front desk, said there wasn’t any available, they were all out because people never returned them in the morning. I asked the general manager about it and he said oh yeah there’s lots of playing cards in the back.

Hotel is located across from a busy highway. Lots of noise through the night from very high speed trucks and cars.

"Didnt give redund after getting told pool or hot tub were down for cleaning"

Nothing. Didn't stay here.. online they had a pool and hot tub. Got the room, paid for it then got told they were not running.

No pool or hot tub, even though they were listed as having them
