+ locality - on the way to ski slopes of Hochkar ski area (7-8km uphill) + welcoming and very nice owners + traditional Austrian rustical style inside (similar to Czech traditional style :) + spacious apartment + surrounded by hills / nature + ideal for active holidays - skiing in the winter, hiking / bike in the summer

+ Nice appartment. Clean. Very quiet and remote location. Relaxing place. 10 minutes driving to ski slopes.

- Breakfast is not worth it the price... No ashtray or terrace for smokers.
