Cresthaven By the Sea

Beautiful views and comfortable space — I didn’t want to leave!

Loved our stay at Cresthaven. We were immediately greeted by Warren and provided with all info about amenities, etc. Perfect view of the tides and very peaceful and relaxing. My only negative about our stay would be about the bar fridge in our room - it was rather noisy - but not bad enough from coming back!

Beautiful room with a great view. Warren was an informative and welcoming host and his breakfast was the best of our 14 day trip! Delicious!

The most unique at this place was the view from our room and the view from the yard! Watching the tidal bore right in front of us from the porch was just incredible. Our room had 3 windows facing the Bay of Fundy which was amazing. We left the curtains and windows open at night: seeing the view(the bay and sunset) and hearing the sounds outside(water/birds) were real highlights of our stay. The 2nd night we also had an amazing look at the stars outside. And then in the morning we received an incredible breakfast in a warm environment. Just felt amazing here!

We discovered a jewel. Lovely setting right on the water of the Bay of Fundy. Maitland has a surprising history, and our host was very knowledgeable. Very clean and an excellent breakfast was served.

Property Loacation is great and you can actually sit enjoy tides. Warren is a nice guy and serves you nice breakfast. The room we got on Lower floor, we did not like as there was Table but no chairs. Firepalce did not work as propane supply was awaited. Basically, okay to sleep overnight.

The property owner did not pitch for our booking. They did not make the effort to let us know that they do not accept our booking. When we arrived we walked into a dirty unkept house. We had to drive to Halifax that night to get available accommodation. I do not recommend you stay at this guest house.

Hosts were wonderful. The property was right on the Bay of Fundy, with great views. Nice large comfortable room. Breakfast was outstanding.

The view overlooking the Bay is spectacular, and a delicious breakfast was served.

The property is situated on the bay and the view of tidal comings and goings is spectacular. One interaction with the host was very unpleasant with no apology forthcoming.
