Nice room. Great location. Restaurants and stores in walking distance.

The bed was very hard in room 172. Three night stay with no sleep. Glad I'm not staying longer. I'm a truck driver and I've traveled the country and stayed in countless hotels from cheap to expensive and I've never seen a bed this firm. Feels like sleeping on a piece of wood with a mattress topper on it. Very disappointed. Hard to enjoy vacation when you are dead tired because of lack of sleep. Will never stay at this location again.

The location was great! The layout of the apartment was nice. We managed to get a parking spot in the few small garage spots that were there. The apartment stayed nice and cool, I've been to ones in the past who struggled to stay cool enough. There were a lot of nice sized pillows, and the linens were nice and clean. The ice maker worked fast, and it was nice to have. The water pressure and hotness of the showers were great. The security guy that came to fix our garbage disposal and door lock was amazing and helpful.

Upon arrival, I found the office, and the people in there were very confused acting. I arrived at 3:30 pm, and they only had one key set aside, saying that was all they had. They said another one needed to be made, but it never happened. We were told our unit wasn't ready yet, and they'd call or text when it was. We left to find stuff to do while we waited. It was over an hour later, almost 5 pm, and I still didn't get notified, so I messaged them back. Finally, someone messaged me after that and said it was ready. We go back to check in and to get the key, and I thought maybe in that hour plus, they would have had another key made, but no, they didn't. So for the week we weren't able to leave separately because we only had one key. Very inconvenient. We went up to our room, and I was very worried about the condition of the unit just from looking at the exterior hallways and doors. The outside of the doors looked disgusting and filthy. Thankfully, the inside was nice! It was mostly clean inside, I feel I definitely did NOT receive my value for the cleaning fee I paid, tho. I went to the kitchen sink to dump the water out of my cooler, and the sink drain was filled with eggshells and food, and the garbage disposal would not turn on. It was very visible that it was full. I tried contacting the office, and no one would text me back or answer the phone. Finally, I got someone to answer and told them I needed something done with my garbage disposal, and my door lock would not lock, so we couldn't leave. I was told they had to call someone to come in to work on it, and they had no idea how long it would be before they could get there. So we couldn't leave and had to wait. The floors had stuff stuck between the tiles that just got swept and mopped over but not removed. After walking around putting my things away, my feet were very dirty, I found the mop and cleaned the floors because they were gross.

Great view! Cute little apartment perfect for two people. Close enough to walk to stores and restaurants, but also out of the way of the hustle of downtown.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Had issues with the shower dripping and had to continue tightening the knob. Also had to keep up with a key on the beach to the apartment and pray it didn’t fall out of my bag. I suggest putting a number lock on the door.
