Next Hotel Melbourne, Curio Collection by Hilton

The staff were great and the location excellent. The room was cosy, great lighting. The breakfast as part of the room price was really good. And I liked that they accommodated my request for an early check in.

The blanket on the bed was stained and had a hole in it. But I did call through and they sent someone up with a new blanket. There was a pillow menu but im not keen on using QR codes to get things.

Lack of attention and support at the entrance, no support with luggage, insufficient staff to support this area of the hotel.

The breakfast was very ordinary and was not hot and and the coffee was also lukewarm.🤔
