Was there 3 nights under 2 separate reservations. Room was barely cleaned while I was there. For example, the food crumbs left from the previous nights' meal was still there on nightstand, sheets straightened, but not changed... I had to go downstairs for coffee and coffee cups. Alarm clock was not plugged in -- the room wasn't guest- ready. Breakfast offered little decent options.. I didn't eat because it wasn't appealing... think they were frozen omlettes??

Clean near and quiet

The staff was extremely rude when I called to confirm my reservation the lady at the front desk told me that I do not have a reservation, and I needed my confirmation number but I was driving and could not access my phone I told her this and she still told me that she could not confirm my reservation. She knew my name and so it had to be on the reservation list but she would not confirm it and it was just the most ridiculous rude thing I ever experienced in my life I've never had trouble confirming a reservation at a hotel in my entire life and I'm 67. I'm not sure what her name was but it was Saturday at around noon or 1:00 p.m. and she was extremely I mean extremely rude and unhelpful and I was completely disgusted and I'm going to look further into this and try to reach the regional manager if there is one because it was completely uncalled for the way she was treating me.
