Breakfast was awesome!

stayed here for my birthday weekend when i was visiting my friend. the room was so clean and bed was super comfy. they also have really comfortable pillows, and the staff was really nice. i checked in a bit earlier than expected but they were able to accommodate for me.

Because I never received my deposit it’s been 3 weeks since I checked out smh

The manager never gets back to you. The main bathroom smell horrible. The breakfast cook januita yelled at me. Srated a argument with me about make fresh eggs. After I told her to throw away the other eggs that someone was blowing his nose and coughing and got eggs from there. She refused to throw the eggs away then I told her I was reporting her . So she went to tge front desk and said something about me . She left me abd another guest waiting for fresh eggs. Later brought my two eggs and wanted to continue to be disrespectful with me. I dudnt tryst her at that point. I'm on camera throwing the eggs away and she shut down the breakfast area after that.

Perfect location for our golf events in Fairfield, CA. Nice rooms.

My husband and I were in town for a golf tournament. There was a misunderstanding after we checked in, a misunderstanding that was not handled well by management. When I first found the hotel online, I could see there was a body of water behind the hotel. After being given an initial room without a view, I asked for a room with a view of the water. A member of the staff kindly placed us into a room that provided the view I wanted. My husband and I were happy. However, the next day, the owner or manager called my phone repeatedly (what may have been 3-4 times in relatively quick succession), while I was attempting to golf, leaving long messages saying that we couldn’t have that room, that we would have to pay an upgrade fee, and that we would have to vacate the room for people who had already reserved the room. From the messages left by the manager on my voicemail, one would have thought we had done something wrong! We agreed to vacate the room, which required us to pack up our belongings and leave them for staff to move them to our new room since we had to leave extra early for the golf tournament that brought us into town. Our new room was also nice, and also had a nice view of the water, but the way the manager handled the situation left a lot to be desired.
