Rinn Niomon

The location was good close to plenty of restaurants, shops and transport. The room itself was very nice, clean and modern with a very spacious shower and separate toilet, wonderful. And also it was the first and only room in our 5 weeks in Japan to provide a coffee machine in the room - thank you.

Cet hôtel est une très bonne adresse, bien situé avec une ambiance traditionnelle soignée, des chambres très propres et un service particulièrement réactif et professionnel, puisque malgré un souci dans la salle de bain, le personnel a immédiatement proposé un changement de chambre, ce qui en fait un établissement que je recommande vivement.

Loved how clean and friendly/helpful all the staff were during our stay. This was my second time staying at the Rinn is enjoy both stays but perhaps next time i will stay somewhere closer to the river

The beds are very hard and not very uncomfortable. And the bath towels are very small

Spacious, clean, good facilities like the cold water and ice machine. Washing machines. Staff were very helpful, particularly with shipping luggage.

Windows had no view, could have used soap in the toilet sink.

施設自体がすごく清潔感があって、入口から凄くいい香りがしてて落ち着いた空間でした。 部屋の空きがったので施設側でアップグレードして下さり、とてもお得で最高の宿泊になりました！ また是非利用させていただきます😊

Staff not providing coffee despite 5 night stay, water not drinkable from the tap, too much light in the room in the morning (curtains not blocking the light), no storage space for clothes
