Très belle emplacement de l hôtel pour notre 1ere fois a Rabat. Le personnel est adorable de la réception aux femmes de chambre ils se plient en quatre pour nous satisfaire. Belle chambre spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire et serviettes changée tous les jours. Petit déjeuner varié et correct. Mention spéciale à Ikbal qui nous a superbellement bien accueilli et nous a conseillé pleins de choses et resto a faire sur Rabat. Parking : top les gardiens toujours prêts a nous trouver 1 place devant l hôtel et nous aider a nous garer.Bref très satisfaite du séjour 6 nuits avec mon époux et mes 3 enfants.

Je dirais la literie matelas trop mou qui s enfoncer pour nous mais celui de mes enfants top.

Chambre propre avec balcon. Emplacement idéal au centre de Rabat beaucoup de choses a faire a pied. Personnel top de chez top sympa souriant. Réception remise de la clé rapide et efficace merci Ikbal. Franchement service agréable on se sent bien dans cet hôtel

I recently stayed at this establishment, and unfortunately, it was a deeply frustrating experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend this hotel based on the following issues: Check-in & Service: The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and took far too long. To make matters worse, the receptionist was quite rude and lacked basic professional courtesy, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. Room Maintenance: The hygiene and maintenance standards were unacceptable. The shower drain was completely clogged, which resulted in a foul, stagnant odor that filled the bathroom. Sleep Quality: I booked a double bed, but instead, I was given two single mattresses pushed together. This created an uncomfortable gap in the middle and was so poorly arranged that I woke up with significant back pain. Breakfast Experience: To top it off, the breakfast was horrible. There was no coffee available, the presentation was poor, and the service during the meal was completely lacking. Between the poor service, the subpar room conditions, and the disappointing breakfast, this was a very unpleasant stay. There are much better options available that value their guests' comfort and time.
