Hotel Suisse

Pd = zéro Pas du tout à l’écoute et au service des voyageurs. Le pire accueil depuis le 15 mai entre la France , l’Italie aux super accueils du Sud aux vallées d’Aoste : gens extraordinaires et hospitaliers , cœurs immenses ❤️❤️❤️ et la Suisse qui a du travail à faire . Certains feraient mieux de ne pas tenir d’hôtels ou de lieux publics et s’occuper de leurs affaires et de leurs oignons , se taire plutôt que de raconter n’importe quoi . C’est le bled où certains n’ont rien d’autre à faire que observer les gens jusqu’à se tromper et de la délation à tort et ça , c’est bien fait pour eux . Qu’ils s’achètent des jumelles pour regarder leurs Dents ça leur irait mieux . 😝🧐😂 Accueil maniaque . On les dérange alors basta et plus jamais là-bas .

Tout était parfait

I initially just wanted a hotel to sleep on the way home from France and Italy, but didn't find any good offers in the region of Martigny, so I found this place. I can only recommend this hotel, the little detour is more than worth it, and I regret it was the last day of my holiday so I couldn't stay longer. Hotel Suisse - behind that ordinary hotel name I encountered indeed swiss quality. Apparently, the hotel has been renovated recently, and my sleeping room and bathroom with new wooden walls created a warm and modern atmosphere. The bedlinen and mattress looked brand new and were very comfortable. It's not exaggerated to say I had the most relaxing sleep there in my two-week holidays, also because it was very silent during the night. In the morning I opened the balcony door, let in the fresh alpine air after a summer rain and hearing the birds' twittering on the trees outside, it was just so nice. I was quite late for breakfast, but there was still a rich offer, with freshly made juices, crispy baked bread and an espresso that tasted like in Italy. The restaurant manager was very courteous and I felt really welcome there. Also the surroundings of Champéry are very nice. I drove to the alp plateau of "Barme" which is located nearby and where I enjoyed an extraordinary lunch. I think Champéry is also paradise for hikers, unfortunately I didn't have more time.

WiFi signal on my room on the 4th floor worked, but was quite weak, so websites loaded slowly or were incompletely rendered. It worked however perfectly on the ground floor.

Le petit déjeuner est sain et varié, la salle est claire avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes.

Hôtel très charmant et très bien entretenu, magnifique terrasse et vue sur les montagnes, le tout au cœur du village. Le personnel est très accueillant.

First and foremost- the staff, so friendly and helpful. Beautiful property, typical wooden chalet. Bedrooms so nicely appointed - spotlessly clean, amazing views over the mountains. Beds so comfortable. Fantastic location on main street through village. Good continental breakfast.
