"Muito bom "

Foi muito boa, o quarto limpo, roupa de cama e banheiro limpo, somente o cobertor estava usado e pedi outro na recepção (acho que tudo deve ser trocado a cada hospede). O café da manhã é muito bom.

A hospedagem foi tranquila. Estava tudo muito limpo e organizado. Café da manhã com bastante opções e tudo gostoso. O ambiente também é bem descontraído. Eu e meus amigos tivemos uma boa hospedagem. Observação: Estacionamento descoberto.

Péssima ! Ficamos quase duas horas no checkin! Nunca havia me acontecido isso em hotel nenhum! Todos que estavam hospedados reclamaram a mesma coisa, que ficaram no mínimo 1:00/1:30 no checkin. Eles tem apenas uma atendente ! Era sábado e o hotel estava lotado!

1 atendente, várias famílias para fazer check-in e check-out, cobrança do pet que deveria estar especificado no momento da reserva, cobraram 50 reais pela minha gatinha, toalhas com cheiro de môfo, iluminação ruim dentro do quarto.

Padrão ibis. Confortável, com um bom tamanho. Atendimento cordial. Estacionamento bom. Reservamos com café da manhã e gostamos muito, com muita variedade. A localização boa, na frente do shopping.
