From the moment we booked, the experience was just exeptionell great professionalism warmth and attention to deatils especially from Mr. Achraf and front desk staf, the room they give me was elegant and incredibly confortable with free amenties to welcome us, cleaning staff are very profesional and maintain the rooms amazing location and hotel view just awsome and they have the best thai restaurant i liked the atmospher, we enjoyed the the pool and kids love it concierge and valets staff are amazing and available 24hrs they take care of your car all times I will return defintly and highly recommend this luxury hotel.

I really appreciate the valet staff as well for prioritizing a parking spot as well. Special thanks to housekeeping team Shijin, and Gansham for the special touch in the room.

Had an amazing wonderful stay I really appreciated the wonderful service the Banyan Tree team has provided including the front desk team (Youssef, Ahmed,Amal,Ella) and the breakfast at Jardin was wonderful. I really appreciated the quality of the hospitality and the room amenities. Will definitely come back again for this top star hotel. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a suite which made our stay even more fabulous!
