La facilidad para hacer check-in El alojamiento.

Que en la zona es muy complicado aparcar. La comunicación con el anitrion no fue fluida. Tardaba mucho tiempo en contestar a las cuestiones que se le planteaban.

"Noisy, trouble with checking out but good location"

Easy to find, get to and good transport links

Constant noise, the fact they provided ear plugs as a welcome gift should have been a red flag. Not only was the room next to the elevator but there is a constant groan from the ac facilities. Also had to have the electric heater on full blast due to room position. I also didn’t like how the manual they provided states check out at 12:00 but when I messaged them asking how to check out - they mentioned 11:00 and that’s the new time. I had to contact booking.com. Also the locker issue - they offer to store your belongings but then change the code to the door so you cannot answer - they do not answer the intercom so I had to find a phone to call them to allow me to enter

"Estancia buena calidad precio"

Fuimos 21 personas, 5 familias con niños de entre 4 y 12 años. Nos gustó la independencia que dan los apartamentos pudiendo estar en el mismo edificio, la comodidad del checking y los lockers para dejar maletas( Pagando ). Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados, lavavajillas, neverita, lavadora, menaje, plancha, baño amplio. El tranvía tiene parada en la puerta y te deja en la Plaza del Comercio. Hay 2 supermercados muy cerca. Las sábanas, toallas, menaje estaban muy limpios. Los Uber salen bastante económicos desde los apartamentos.

No nos gustó que nuestro apartamento era muy ruidoso de noche, daba a la carretera y no paraban de pasar coches, tranvias.... Nos dejaron unos tapones de cortesía, y más tarde entendimos el porqué. Otros apartamentos no eran tan ruidosos, nos comentaron las demás familias. Nuestro sillón cama que era de 1 persona, muy incómodo, colchón super fino y si te movías sonaba y se movía muchísimo. En general nuestro apartamento estaba limpio, menos el suelo, lo encontramos bastante pegajoso.
