Hot water in the shower took over 15 to 20 min to warm. Sink hot water was slow also.
USLocation wise ocean manor is in a great location. Only a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Other places in town are within walking distance as well.
Bathroom door hinges were weakening making closing and opening the door difficult because the door was heavy. Walls were thin as well (or maybe just the windows) but it was very noisy at times.

Room was small, wires hanging all over, air conditioner noisy, mattress uncomfortable, could hear adjoining rooms, cars right outside door, outside furniture dirty and old, tight parking. This was cottage 24.
