It was nasty, doors was broken. Not nothing like the pictures when I viewed the property. Holes in sheets and blankets. Holes in walls, black stained tub, cracks around sink. Furniture was old and broken down

The tub was filthy and so were the walls, the door knob looked like someone had previously tried to break in the room. There was a dead roach smashed on the wall, who knows how long it had been there. The curtain was barely hanging on the slider and there were stains on the bedspread.
