Price, pleasant atmosphere, loved the Check-in hostess!!

Pool was supposed to be heated. Was even told that the temperature had been turned up prior to my arrival. I needed the pool for medical reasons. But, upon arrival, it was entirely too cold and would have been more detrimental than helpful. This was the major reason for choosing this hotel and I wasn’t able to use it!!

That I forgot to leave a tip for the people that clean the room. I tried to call, but it is impossible to get in touch with the front desk. I spoke to an operator and she gave me a number for a different Fairfield Inn.
