The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Having the onsen bath in our room was a wonderful convenience. We enjoyed all of the dishes (crab pasta, Caesar salad, Marguerite pizza, fried chicken and potatoes).

Not really something we didn’t like, but there were few restaurants and no convenience stores nearby.

每間房間都可以泡湯，很棒！ 整棟建築物設計的很特別～

我們這次訂兩間房間且連住兩晚，入住的其中一間房間免治馬桶故障，請服務人員來處理遇到英文溝通不良，檢查完畢以為運作正常，結果真正使用時還是無法使用，但另一間房間就沒這個問題，對我來說非常不方便，以這種高貴的房價換來這樣的品質真的不是很ok

"自然景観になじんだ建築のスタッフが親切な素敵なホテル"

宿泊代金が程々だったので、さほど期待していませんでしたが、スタッフの方々がとても親切で、お食事も朝食のバリエーションが豊富で選択でき、夕食もとても良かったです。欲を言えばデザートの種類（ゼリーやムースなど）さっぱりした物があったら嬉しいです。建築や展示されているアートを案内するツアーに参加すると、滞在がより楽しくなります。室内の建築とアートに関する書籍も興味深い内容でした。 各部屋の温泉風呂、時間を気にせず入浴できて、最高でした。また、訪れたいホテルでした。

ロケーションは別府湾や鉄輪温泉の湯けむりなど眺望できますが、高速道路が近くに見えて夜は少し車の音が気になりました。
