Residence Inn by Marriott New York JFK Airport

清潔だし、すごく広くて綺麗でした。残念なことにステイする時間が短かったので、もっとステイしたいなぁっていうのが感想です。

フロントに問い合わせをしたときに女性の方でしたが、あまり感じ良くなかったですね。言葉の壁もあったには関わらず通じてるのになんかすごくホスピタリティの感じが感じられなかったです。そして案内もはっきり言ってわかりづらいし当たり前に自分たちがその世界で動いてる感覚なのに、やはりいろんな国の人が来るわけですから、少し違う言い回しとか違う感覚っていうのをもう少しお勉強するべきだと思いました。 食事は最悪でした。ステーキにたっぷりのポテトフライ 夜着いてそんなにお腹が空いてませんでしたが、ステーキを頼んだんですが、焼き方もはっきりってこれはプロフェッショナルかなって⁉️言う疑いを思う位良くなかったですね。ただサーバーの方とかスタッフはとても感じよかったです。

Fortune and Dante were lovely hosts and very attentive to my needs. The Mclub was immaculate along with the variety of food and verge options. My stay here at the JFK Marriott is always amazing and I’d highly recommend guest to stay here.

We have stayed here several times and have always found it pleasant. It is a Residence Inn so don't expect full hotel service with all the bells and whistles. The check in is generally smooth. There is no bellman, so you'll need to take your own luggage to your room, and they have a luggage cart if you need it. The rooms are clean and in good condition with a kitchenette. The walk-in shower is really good Breakfast is a self-service affair with ready-made scrambled eggs, various breads, bagels, fruit and extras. It's got everything you need for a decent breakfast and coffee and tea are available throughout the day. The only drawback which should be improved is that breakfast closes very early (9:00 am on weekdays and 9:30 am on weekends). Parking is extremely limited, but they do have valet which is generally efficient. The staff are all amazing, helpful and friendly, however, Shreadeen deserves a special mention, due to her efficiency, helpfulness and positive attitude. Nothing is too much trouble for her, and she remembers us each time we return. The hotel is conveniently located near JFK
