The hotel staff itself was very friendly and helpful... this was my second stay at this hotel. I have another booked in a few weeks for business - but I am reconsidering.

The guests in the room next to mine were arguing all night long, it emptied out into the hallways a couple of times, and I had to walk past their door to get to mine as it was inset. It was scary, and given my proximity to them at the end of the hall on top of it - I was afraid to call for assistance or security as it would have been pretty clear who called and I did not want any retribution.
