We were denied access to check in and our booking cancelled as my partner did not have his physical ID with him, only a picture of it on the myGov app. When he went home to get his ID, he rang as was told that we were not allowed to come back.

"Great location, call the property for parking prior to booking."

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the Rundle mall.

I didn't like the fact that you can't request parking until after you book. Then they tell you that the car park is at capacity and i had to find alternative parking after arriving in Adelaide.
