We stayed in a beautiful room, that was specious and well designed. The shower was fantastic, and having a built in washer and dryer was the cherry on top! Breakfast was delicious, and dinner was truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

Every thing was great! Amazing building by Sou Fujimoto, with a lot of artwork and room designed by artists. The staff were great, the food was great, we booked the Finish sauna which was also great. It was one of the best hotel we have been to in Japan. We loved it!

Awesome architecture Thoughtful well designed rooms with comfortable bed and pillows The plants added a nice soft touch in contrast to the raw concrete Good soundproofing curtain even though our room was along a Main Street

The entrance was difficult to locate and we had to drive round the block to find the drop off for our luggage. After enquiring from the front desk we were directed to park at the next building which was fine except that we had to push our luggage from the next building to the hotel .
