Amazing pool and friendly staff

We stopped here on the way to Cartagena as last minute booking following good reviews in booking. Our villa didn’t look like the pictures, most villas are not well maintained. We had ants in the bedroom and kitchen, which didn’t make our sleep comfortable. Shower pressure was not great too and with lack of warm water

That was my third time staying at the hotel, although first time in the apartment. First two times I stayed in thr cabañas. The kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils plus plates and cups. There are no napkins or paper towels. We stayed in the one bedroom and it was big enough for 3 people. The pool is lovely and having lunch on the beach is great. Water is very calm, perfect for paddleboarding

It should mention people should bring napkins and paper towels.

La limpieza y orden del lugar no la hicieron a diario y encontré muchas cucharadas en el lugar, nunca llegó el equipo de mantenimiento para hacer control de plagas, la conexión a DirecTV estaba sin saldo

the room was great

they do not put anything in the room besides towels, there was no decent soap or things to purchase in the minibar
