At least two safe nights.

First, after checking in. I found that the refrigerator had food left by the previous group of guests, and even the microwave had unfinished food (already smelling). Next, there is no beef in the beef burger. Jam butter bread, no butter or jam. We must say. In the mornings of these two days, we had nothing to eat at all and had no appetite at all, which was deeply regrettable. Then water accumulates on the bathroom floor. Later I discovered that other travelers had already mentioned it in reviews. Bad accommodation experience.

Property was not really maintained, roof of the master bedroom was leaking and falling off. I couldnot sleep in the room during my entire stay as i was scared of the roof falling off on my head. Showers were not working properly. Kitchen exhaust was broken, coulnt use the kitchen either. Bed sheets were ripped off. Pillow had bad yellow dirty water stains all over them. Sinks in the bathroom were blocked. Rooms smelled of cigarettes, so strong and terrible.

After complaining all these to the manager. He stopped replying to my phone calls or text mesaages. Allow me to send out the video of falling roof. In this feedback, its mot allowing me upload a video

Super clean and modern

Master bedroom was big, bed was comfy. We got a good rate as we were last minute, but I'd be hopping mad if I'd paid full rate because of building work

Building work (big project) across the road, noisy and dusty Pool in shade so cold. We didn't use upstairs bedrooms, but only one had a bathroom.

Last minute booking with no one on arrival , waiting at the security office during the storm wasn't a good stay. Nobody answer the call no one assist. They trying to cancel the booking next day. What a brilliant

Dark Place, no staff

Modern design and new villa, everything is clean. Good road access and reliable house keeping staff. Full equipped kitchen so i could do the baby food. Could not thanked the villa manager and his staff for taking care of us during our family holiday in Bali. Food is excellent.

Wish i can extend my stay at the villa from the original booking but the villa was apparently popular and fully booked. Will come back again next time.

only the location

The property allowed us for late check in due to our flight timings. which was good, but we had to wait for the keys on arrival for nearly 20 mins and they had to re-check our reservations. The kitchen sink was not clean. The kettle needs replacing, no stock of Tea, coffee, Sugar or milk all the jars were empty.
